Introducing the Conflict to Connection Podcast: A Guide to Divorce, Separation & Coparenting
Whether you're currently going through a separation, have already divorced, or are supporting someone who is, this podcast is here to help you feel less alone and more equipped to handle the complexities that come with family change.
Why We Created This Podcast
At Civilised Separations, our vision has always been clear: to help people have kinder divorces and to protect children so they can thrive, no matter what changes a family is going through.
We know that separation is painful, but we believe that with the right support, families can rebuild in healthier, more connected ways. Finding access to that support can be difficult, and with the legal process focused on adversarial proceedings, many parents are pitted against each other, left feeling overwhelmed, hurt, and unsure how best to support their children.
That’s why we created Conflict to Connection, a space to explore these challenges with insight, warmth, and practical tools. Our goal is to help families move through separation with less fear, less damage, and more hope. Because when parents are supported to co-parent well, children feel safer and they are better equipped to thrive.
